Corporate & Human Resources

·

Corporates are the glass chambers of promise; a promise of glittering future for youths with dreams, provided they are ready to surrender spontaneity of their heart.

The corporate encourages growth with the next higher position, keeping everyone unsatisfied and on their toes.

And to help with that, it has a Human Resource department.

With the power vested in their hands, they deploy numerous schemes to motivate the employees to accept the corporate institution, with hope of financial rewards and a promise of a high chair.

In parallel, they slowly and systematically build a sense of community and family within; empathy and brotherly love for each other, a second family, equal to the personal family but having more importance.

But, the most vital in their arsenal is the lingering threat they steadily implant in the working minds, the notion of personal stability and security.

And to this, they work round the clock, identifying and marking the disgruntled, non-conformist, impulsive and uninhibited; Few who are valuable and malleable are trained to be conformist with meticulous training, while the non-transformants are replaced quickly and swiftly.

So, any way you look – A Human resource department is to govern and not to serve the human resource, aka employees.
